“This card was designed for the Chicago Design Museum to give out to their gracious donors around wintertime. We wanted share the impact their donations were having on the museum, but also Chicago. Chicago is the third most segregated city in America, but through the efforts of the museum and the donors we are working to bridge that gap through design.”
Studies were created of the Chicago star cut and divided into sections much like the city itself. From there they were converted into simple lines to not only imitate the season, which these were handed out but to show how design can pull us together as a community by having some lines remain connected.
